Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid SahiPlate subscription purchased through our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original charge or any subsequent auto-renewal charge, for any reason or no reason at all. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

2. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Payments and refunds for SahiPlate subscriptions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email address you used at purchase. From there you can view your subscription, cancel auto-renewal, update your payment method, download invoices, and request a refund. Paddle will email you a magic-link to verify your identity — no separate password is required.
• Or email our support team at legalnotice@sahiplate.com from the email address linked to your SahiPlate account, with "Refund request" in the subject line. We will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of past charges. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the already-paid period.

3. Statutory Cooling-Off Rights

Where applicable law gives you a stronger right than the 30-day guarantee in Section 1, that statutory right applies. Examples include:

• EEA & UK residents: a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase, unless you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge loss of the right of withdrawal.
• California & Connecticut residents: the right to cancel before midnight of the third business day after purchase for a full refund.

To exercise a statutory right, contact us via the channels in Section 2 and reference the right you are exercising.

4. Subscriptions Purchased via App Stores

If at any time SahiPlate is offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play and you purchased your subscription there, refunds for those purchases must be requested through the relevant store, in line with that store's policies:

• Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay

5. Important Statement

This policy is binding when you accept the Terms of Use. Any translation is provided solely for your convenience; the English version prevails.
